PRICES

Foundation Devise-: All fees and rates are subject to change at any time in UAE Dirhams (AED) or Changing prices SouqArena.com. Prices may also vary due to the price of a launch, promotional offer or sale. Prices of products which are not in stock or which are available for a pre-order are valid during their promotional period after placing the order. If the price of those goods increases with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be notified.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders may require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping SouqArena.com deliveries will be made only in the Business days by .  We are Accepting the order only from UAE & MIDDLE EAST Countries at this point of time..

  • We Will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

SouqArena.com suggests the Customer to proof-read his / her form several times before validating an order. SouqArena.com is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.
  • Processing Time-: You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. SouqArena.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
  • Order Acceptance Policy-: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SouqArena.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SouqArena.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
  • Order Acknowledgement-: We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your SouqArena.com ID once your order has processed or changed status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our Website.
  • Change Orders-: You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call us during SouqArena.com hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
  • Cancel Orders-: You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call us during SouqArena.com hours of operation to request an order cancellation. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day
  • Cancelling Order prior to shipping -:You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.

PAYMENT: SouqArena.com currently offers COD (“Cash on Delivery”) payments. In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user’s computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software.

INVOICE

The Customer receives an invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. A digital/hard copy of each invoice is registered in Souqarena.com

Return Policy:-

  1. Customer can return the product unless if that is part of non-returnable products.
  2. If you want to change any category of products then it can done within 7 working days.
  3. If customer receives wrong or damaged product and the product is sealed with all original tags & unbroken, only then customer is eligible for return the product.
  4. If the customer wants to return the product then original amount of the product shall be reimbursed to the customer but not any other cost will be reimbursed like delivery costs, COD etc.
  5. If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, SouqArena.com will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
  6. For electronics product if customer sees any problem in the product, then he/she should inform us with in 3 hrs after delivery.
  7. In the Clothing if there is a problem of size, then customer may return the product, but all tags along with product should be same.
  8. Please go through our terms and condition properly on the website before making any further steps on your order.
  9. Any promotional item or items in limited edition will not be returned and could be exchanged or repurchased at the same or higher value.

FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT

  1. If there is any physical damage.
  2. Missing with the manufacturer label containing model number and part number.
  3. Missing parts, box, or any other accessories from the original box.
  4. Returned without original invoice.
  5. Products which are not satisfying return policy.
